I tried a cardboard leftover from a insulating tape, painted with a liseed oil. The linseed oil smell didn't disappear after a few weeks. I used a cyanoacrylates adhesive type glue on the rope. i got back into Kingpin lately and have seen your prefabs refrenced here and there. Glad to see the game still getting love ocasionally. Quark is awsome, i feel like i always learn another new trick with it every once in a while. It can do soo much.

hi GGS from 2023 😅 I am struggling with dionaea on soil so I think I will simply pick a square of sphagnum from the forest and place all in a pot.

@@Roarkethemerciless hi, it's more the typical north Italian forest on hills. There's a wet valley with a small torrent which is covered by shpagnum and musks. (Not sure about the Ph, I will measure soon)
A bit of light would be helpful. Ya think?

how to plant this? what planting medium is needed? soil? fern root? burnt husk? sand? I really want to plant it. and how do i get this plant? is moving it from nature to pot a good choice? or through seeds?
Peat mix with fine sand from a pet shop or mixed with bits of brick. If you are allowed, move it from nature and from seeds germinates in a couple of days. If you plant it without roots, that plant will not live long.

Hi .. thanks for sharing this. Do you also have (or know of any resource) for detailed quark tutorials on configuring quark for quake 1 editing, developing maps, compiling etc?
You can search on your browser (as i do not think youtube allows links in youtube message box) and maybe you can find good tutorials on quakeone, quaddicted (when inside click forum), celephais forum (when inside click forum), tastyspleen (when inside click forums, after that forum), leray forum and the Quake Army Knife forum, but i did not make any tutorials yet for Quake 1.

Thank you for subscribing. Depending if you have sun light or only artificial light, it will affect growth height, and after some time if they get crowded they must be separeted and eventualy in a bigger pot. It will reach more in height than a drosera typical, but i am new to this species, and I plan to experiment more and add more videos.

No soil? Can it grow in partial shade?
Jay Zz It was growing in a ordinary garden soil and can grow with the roots exposed like i did, beside artificial lights (36w) and not neccesary under the lights. In nature i saw them in part shade, but it will not retain redish color. Don't remove them from the pot to switch pots too soon, as some will not survive due to the roots.

mariana muraru Am mutat-o cand era inflorita. Nu au cazut florile dupa aceea. Problema poate aparea daca brusc schimbati ceva drastic, cum ar fi lovirea florii, nu mai dati apa cum a-ti facut-o, lumina. Mutarea la o distanta mica sau inversarea ghiveciului de la stanga la dreapta nu provoaca caderea florilor. Multumesc pentru intrebare. Vreti sa mutati si dvs. o orhidee ?
am mutat anul trecut imediat ce le-am adus acasă si nu s-au simțit bine după aceea, unele le-am si pierdut. Acum sunt putin familiarizata cu udatul însă am o brasia care imi da dureri de cap. I-am schimbat de curând substratul. vom vedea. Multumesc!
